Delivery & Lost Package Policy

Once an order is handed over to the carrier, it is no longer under our control. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please take the following steps:

  • Check around your property, including doors, porches, front desks, and mailboxes, as carriers sometimes leave packages in hidden or secure spots.

  • Ask household members or neighbors in case the package was received on your behalf.

Lost or undelivered items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 

Please note: Orders marked as “Delivered” in the tracking history will not be refunded or replaced.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. 

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@legacycutsshop.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom products (e.g., special order signs or personalized wall art)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
